The Office of School Wellness Programs requires schools to adhere to strict RNYRR program requirements. Principals who nominate a coach must ensure the health and safety of students who participate in RNYRR. The selected teacher must attend required courses and maintain valid certificates. Also, certificates must be uploaded to the WellnessHub for the principal to complete the enrollment requirements.
If a school is enrolled in a RNYRR, both certificates must remain active during the funded season.
Required certificates must be acquired from an approved provider as shown in the table below:

Upload Certificates to the WellnessHub
Once the teacher-coach acquires the certificates, certification dates and a copy of the certificate are to be uploaded to the teacher's profile in the Wellness Hub.
