Steps to Create a Student Roster
A coach must maintain a minimum of 20 or more participants on their student roster. All students listed on the roster must have a signed Consent Forms and Media Release forms. Below are the steps to create a student roster:
- Login to the Wellness Hub (opens in a new browser window)
- On Wellness Hub homepage, under Internal Apps, click on the "Program Manager app"

At the Program Manager app homepage, click on the "Create a Roster" tile.

Activity: From the "Activity" drop-down menu select RNYRR

Session: This automatically defaults to “both”.

Grades: You can narrow the list of students by selecting a specific grade band. You can choose not to click "Grades" and view all students.

Scroll to Add Students: Next, click inside the "Add Student box" and a list of students will appear. Scroll through the list and click on student names to select them.

Click on "Add Students" to Create Roster: After you finish selecting all your student participants with a signed Consent Form and Media Release Form to your roster, click on "Add Students." A minimum of 20 students required on your student roster.
