The Wellness Hub offers each NYCPS user a unique profile. Follow the steps below to log into the Wellness Hub (opens in new window) access your profile to view your "Events/and CTLE page" with:
- Upcoming events you are registered for and all necessary details (location or webinar links to join, date, time, etc.)
- Past events that you attended and links to your personal Certificate of Completion for each date. If the event was CTLE-eligible the certificate will include the required information by NYSED.
Many of the professional learning workshops and trainings sponsored by the Office of School Wellness Programs are considered acceptable New York State Education Department Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) courses. Each course description listed in the OSWP PL catalog includes the number of CTLE credit hours that participants earn by attending an eligible training for its full duration. Educators can access and print their own certificate of completion about 48-72 hours after each training.
Printing Certificates of Completion:
After attending a professional learning session:
- Log in (using your DOE email alias and password) to the Office of School Wellness Programs' Wellness Hub (opens in new browser window)
- Click profile icon (top right corner).
- Click My Profile.

Under Go to (blue box in the upper right), select Events/CTLE from drop down menu.
- Select an individual event from the list of events you have attended.

Be sure to scroll all the way to the right. Click Print Certificate.
- In the Print Menu, under Options, check the “Background graphics” box before printing.
Please note: You can also use directions 1-4 provided above to view upcoming events you are registered for. Access to CTLE certificates and other certificates of completion for viewing, downloading, and printing is not available on mobile devices or tablets. To view, download, or print a certificate, please use a desktop or laptop computer and be sure to scroll all the way to the right.
